File a Grievance

Currently, there are no formal mediation processes to remedy your grievances with online institutions. However, the Online Gaming Association would like to see a proper solution to all disputes. Further, certified members of the Online Gaming Association do not want to do anything to jeopardize their OGA status and would like to see all tribulations corrected in a timely, professional manner.

Once we receive your complaint, one of our representatives will contact the institution in question, explain the problem and recommend an appropriate solution. At that point, that institution will be given the chance to provide their case to us. Finally, our representative will report back to you, the player, with our findings and suggestions for a remedy.
