Minimum Requirements
To achieve, as well as maintain, a Certified Membership from the Online Gaming Association, each online institution must agree to and abide by the following minimum standards:
► The institution must sustain accurate audit trails of each wager and transaction for each individual player
► The institution must operate under a gaming license issued by an autonomous government
► The institution must not distribute any false or misleading advertising or marketing
► The institution must refuse all wagers from minors, persons under the age of 18
► The institution must allow independent third party reviews of their gaming software and systems
► The institution must sustain sufficient financial assets to pay any and all winning wagers on demand
► The institution must assist in the promotion of integrity within the online gaming industry
